ChampionHolmes was established in 2006 by Karen Champion FARLA, MAPIP; with her vast experience in the property rental market, Karen is assisted by Michelle Fleming, Administration.  Andy Violet MARLA, heads our Axminster office which opened in June 2011 and is assisted by Maria De Oliveira.  ChampionHolmes is supported by Colin Holmes who assists with call out cover to most maintenance issues. 

New in 2012 is our Property Portfolio Department, headed by Ken Sellek

ChampionHolmes operates to the highest professional standards; we are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The Professional Inventory Providers (APIP), and as such, we are able to offer other ‘one off’ services in addition to the normal Tenant Find and Full Management, i.e. Tenancy Agreement preparation, Schedule/Inventory preparation & Tenant Check-in/out.
