Karen Champion FARLA, MAPIP

Karen founded ChampionHolmes in 2006. She has been involved in the Property Rentals market with Devon, Dorset and Somerset since 1996, in this time she has met all sorts of people and been through many properties.

Being secretarial trained and worked for many years in accountancy, this has provided the all round knowledge to run her business alongside the necessary qualifications required for the rental industry.  In her spare time Karen enjoys swimming, walking and watching a good drama on the TV!

Andy Violet MARLA

Andy joined ChampionHolmes in 2008 and manages the Axminster office.  He has been working in the property market in Devon and Dorset for several years and has recently passed his ARLA Technical Award, gaining membersip of the Association of Residentail Letting Agents.

In his spare time Andy collects Torquay pottery.  He is Editor for the Society’s magazine and has appeared on BBC TV’s Flogg It! as an expert on the subject.

Michelle Fleming

Michelle joined ChampionHolmes in 2009, and manages the accounts for the agency as well as acting PA to Karen

Previously Michelle worked for the Post Office.  She has taken courses in Customer Service and Painting and Decorating.  In her spare time, Michelle enjoys designing cards.

Colin Holmes

Colin is, by Trade, a Master Carpenter but over his working career has been involved with all aspects of building and therefore has a good 'all round' knowledge when it comes to maintenance of properties. 

He supports ChampionHolmes not only within the name but by assisting and/or consulting on many maintenance issues. 

Colin has an on going project in France being a barn conversion in Brittany where he spends time each year refurbishing
