Rob Hirons BSc Hons MARLA
Rob has been involved in building and property in one way or another all his life. Including property development, renovations and self build projects. Rob & Jill purchased Home-Bridge Property Ltd in Yeovil in 2008 and have grown the business substantially over the last 7 years.
Rob has a management background having worked at a senior level for BT and 02 but now enjoys working in a smaller business where decisions are made and implemented much quicker! Rob is ARLA qualified and keeps up to date with all aspects of the property industry so that any advice given to Landlord's and Tenant's alike comes from a good knowledge base.
Before purchasing Home-Bridge Property Ltd, Jill spent the previous 18 years working for the local authority within the Adult Learning sector. Jill held a variety of teaching and funding roles, and gained valuable experience in working with people and negoiating. Jill believes being successful in lettings is as much about managing people and their expectantions as it is about properties, and favours a problem solving approach in her business dealings.
Michelle is our Office Manager and joined ChampionHolmes in 2009, and manages the accounts for the agency as well all the admin for the Seaton office.
Previously Michelle worked for the Post Office. She has taken courses in Customer Service and Painting and Decorating. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys designing cards.
Chris joined Championholme from Phone4u so is new to the Lettings industry. He is studying for his ARLA qualifications and is enjoying the challenge of his new career especially finding his way round to new towns of Seaton and Axminster.
